Protecting Agriculture and Open Space in Broadway County

The Tri G River Ranch has over 1,000 acres of riverbottom land along the Missouri River. Located between Townsend and Toston, the working ranch is a key property for the farming community and valued open space for their neighbors, many of whom moved to Broadwater County to enjoy a rural lifestyle.

The Army is a Friend of Conservation

The Montana Army National Guard also calls the Tri G River Ranch a neighbor. Their nearby Limestone Hills training facility is essential to their mission to protect the nation. REPI, the Army’s open space buffer program, supported this conservation easement along with a generous donation by the owner.
