Starting at Mt Helena Trailhead, Prospect Shafts Trail is a strenuous path to reach the summit. The mostly rocky trail is quite steep, but offers splendid views of Wakina Sky and the whole Helena Valley. Finish the climb to the very top on the Hogback Trail.
