Don’t Fence Me In Trail links Waterline Trail to Rodney Ridge Trail and is the namesake of Prickly Pear Land Trust’s annual trail race. For a nice loop, start from Waterline Trailhead and climb the Don’t Fence Me In Trail to the ridge. Take a right turn on Rodney Ridge, go right again at the junction with Rodney Meadows, and complete your loop with a final right turn on Waterline Trail to return to the trailhead.
