Celebrate open lands, outdoor recreation, and conservation in our community with a night of
fine dining and drinks, live music, and high-stakes silent and live auctions. Prickly Pear Land
Trust invites you to the annual Harvest Moon Banquet and Auction at the Helena Civic Center
Ballroom on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 with doors opening at 5 o’clock in the evening.
When the doors open, enjoy champagne, live music and a variety of hors-d’oeuvres while you peruse the silent auction replete with outdoor getaways, artisan works, adventure equipment, and more. Then grab wine, a specialty cocktail, or a local craft beer on your way to the ballroom for a delightful culinary experience to celebrate what you love, with great friends!
The action on-stage starts off with a PPLT highlight reel while you enjoy a delicious dinner catered by Chili O’Briens. Harvest Moon will then culminate in the live auction with a great list of top-notch auction items and unique experiences with you in mind. The over 500 spots sell out before the event, so iron those Wranglers or pull out the tux and reserve your tickets today.
Thanks to our 2019 incredible and generous local businesses and individual sponsors, each and every dollar in proceeds directly supports PPLT’s mission of community conservation, private land conservation, and trails.
Once again, our room is almost full a month in advance. At this time, we are only taking tentative reservations by phone. Please call our office at (406)442-0490 and let us know your desired number of tickets and a way to reach you. We will get back to you by the 13th when we know for certain how much more space we can make!
Single reservations are $75 and tables of eight are $600.
