2021 Crescent Moon Banquet and Auction
With COVID cases on the rise in our community once again, in consideration of our public health, and increased safety precautions, the PPLT board and staff have unanimously decided to cancel the in-person component of the Crescent Moon Banquet & Auction.
This is not the reality we had envisioned when this year began, but here we are…and we understand the importance of reducing infection rates and keeping people healthy so that businesses, churches, and schools can stay open.
While this decision saddens us, we invite you to join us for the ONLINE Crescent Moon Auction, which will premiere on Thursday, September 16 at 7:00 p.m.
GOLDEN RAFFLE TICKETS
Available now through Wednesday, September 15 at Noon
Visit the PPLT office between Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, to purchase an unlimited number of Golden Tickets for your chance to win the opportunity to help PPLT name a trail.
Raffle tickets are $100 each, cash or check only.
Drawing on Wednesday, September 15 at Noon, need not be present to win. We kindly ask that you wear a mask when visiting the PPLT office.
Will ticket refunds be offered?
Thank you for supporting and purchasing tickets to our re-envisioned 25th-anniversary banquet. We invite you to consider turning your ticket purchase into a donation to PPLT. Alternatively, ticket refunds will be granted upon request until Wednesday, September 1. Please contact Sue McNicol at [email protected] by September 1 to request a refund and include your mailing address. Refunds will take up to ten business days to process and will be refunded via check as the Givergy system does not offer online refunds. After September 1, all non-refunded tickets will be considered a donation.
How do I register for the online auction?
You can register on Givergy when you first place a bid or make a donation, or you can click on Login/Register. You will be asked to enter your details so we can contact you if you win an auction item.
How do I make an online donation?
Click on Green for Green, choose a level, enter the amount you want to donate into the field at the bottom of the page, and click Donate Now. As with bidding, you will need to be registered on Givergy to make a donation.
How do I bid in the online silent auction?
Click on Silent Auction, scroll through the list, and tap on the item you want to bid on. At the bottom of the page beneath the photo and description, it will show you the current winning bid and the next minimum bid you need to make. Enter your bid amount into the field at the bottom of the page and click Place Bid (if you are not registered, you will need to register your details). Credit card information is required before placing your first bid.
