Dinner choices include:

Montana-grown Choice Herb Encrusted Prime Rib slow roasted and sliced to a generous 12 oz portion then drizzled with a Balsamic Garlic Au jus, and a side of pesto horseradish aioli
A Baked Spinach and Wild Mushroom Tart filled with fresh spinach, shallots and a wild mushroom blend then topped with Fontina Cheese and baked to a golden perfection.

All entrees will begin with a crisp garden salad along side fresh baked bread generously donated by Park Avenue Bakery. Dinner will be accompanied with Fresh Green Beans sautéed with shallots, and Roasted Maple Butternut Squash. For dessert, Park Avenue Bakery is graciously donating a custom dessert, made especially for Harvest Moon.

Raffle Tickets

Headwater Rafts has graciously donated an Odyssey inflatable kayak to be raffled off during the Harvest Moon Banquet and Auction on September 25th! Tickets are $10 each or three for $25. The winner will be chosen during the auction but you need not be present to win. Tickets are available at the PPLT office at 21 N. Last Chance Gulch, Suite 203.

The Odyssey Kayak390 is either a two-person recreation boat or a great touring boat for one person with gear. This boat is compact, light-weight and easily portable.
